Where are the products shipped from and how?

All orders are shipped from our shop in Thailand, using company logistics, Kerry or Flash Express, and International shipped by DHL.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email confirmation with all the details. In the case of pre-order items, the delivery date will be confirmed before the payment procedure.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 3-7 working days (from the shipping confirmation date) for your goods to reach their destination. And delivery times for international shipping will vary depending on the country the item is being shipped to, mostly not 0ver 30 days.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free shipping within Thailand, and US$40 (flat rates) for international shipping.

How long do I have to return an order?

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

All of our products are made by hand, there may be slight variations in color, size, and details. We will keep new production and update new products all the time.

How can I return an item?

How is the recipient reimbursed?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Can I exchange the product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
